Files and stamp data

Names, stamp images, selected PDFs, and business document drafts are processed in your browser. Hanko Maker does not upload or store those files on its server as part of the editing tools.

Information we receive

We may receive your email address and message when you contact support. Google Analytics may collect page, device, and interaction information to measure use of the service and improve it. Automated quality-assurance sessions and local development sessions are excluded from analytics.

Grow by Mediavine

Hanko Maker uses Grow by Mediavine to measure audience activity, understand reader engagement, and support future advertising eligibility. Grow may process browser and device information, IP-derived location, site interactions, and identifiers stored in cookies or local storage. If you choose to sign in, save content, or subscribe through Grow, it may also process the account details, preferences, and email address you provide. Mediavine handles this information under its Legal and Privacy Center.

Advertising, cookies, and your choices

When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, IP-derived location, and activity on this site to deliver, limit, and measure ads. Depending on your consent and region, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Third-party vendors may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on visits to HankoMaker or other sites.

Where required, HankoMaker uses Google’s certified consent message before advertising storage or personalized ads are allowed. You can review or withdraw your advertising choices at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. If the required consent controls are not configured, HankoMaker keeps advertising disabled.

Payments

Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record and processes payment, billing, tax, receipt, and customer portal data. Hanko Maker does not store full payment card details.

For reliable conversion measurement, Hanko Maker receives signed payment lifecycle notifications from Lemon Squeezy and sends purchase, renewal, refund, cancellation, or expiration event details to Google Analytics. These measurement events may include an order or subscription identifier, product or plan, amount, currency, and anonymous Analytics identifiers. They do not include your name, email address, contact message, card details, stamp content, document content, or uploaded files.

License activation

To verify paid access, your checkout email, license key, and a browser device identifier are stored in local browser storage and sent to the Lemon Squeezy License API. They are used only to validate access and discourage unauthorized sharing.

Local preferences

HankoMaker stores license state, saved tool settings, and supporter-message timing in your browser. Supporter-message timing contains no name, email, document content, or payment details. You can remove these preferences by clearing this site’s browser data.
